It was great to share the experience with some amazing McCain Foods colleagues and also get to meet some incredible people from all around the world. Phenom puts on quite the show and I’m already looking forward to next year!
The IAMPHENOM in Philadelphia was a huge success! We learned a lot about the future of automation and how it can be leveraged in our recruiting processes. Another day here in Philadelphia at the IAMPHENOM Conference 2024. Speakers on Intelligent Talent Experiences, Action of Automation, Skills, and other sessions revolving around innovation, ethical decision making in systems, genai, and so many more.
To say that the #iamphenom conference was incredible, would be an understatement.The people who presented ️were such smart and incredibly talented people, coming together to share their successful implementation and usage of this absolutely groundbreaking service was nothing short of remarkable. At the end of each day, we left having learned so much and feeling more invigorated than the day before . Being able to meet with and interact with peers in our field and creating connections with some pretty wonderful people was a big bonus too!

I find huge value in coming to events like IAMPHENOM. It's super interesting to challenge the way I think, share best practices, and collect information from my colleagues in other industry sectors and companies.
What a week! Our team flew out to Philadelphia for the IAMPHENOM Conference, and we had the chance to present on how we are utilizing Phenom to improve the candidate and recruiter experience at United. We connected with other professionals to learn about their experience as well, and to top it all off, we got to celebrate with an 80s cover band party at the Reading Terminal Market!
Phenom has created a unique event combining state-of-the-art presentations about future developments, connections with partners to see the total environment, and networking opportunities with peers and others. It's a good investment of time for three days.
So much amazing content at #IAmPhenom. Big takeaway: AI in TA isn’t coming…it’s here. AI isn’t going to replace you, however, if you fail to learn how to harness its power, someone who can will absolutely take your job.
